Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at info@usemontclaire.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Once your request is approved, we will send full return instructions.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Refunds are processed within up to 7 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7 business days to display the refunded amount.
