1. Which countries do you ship to and what are the shipping costs?
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, and shipping is completely free.
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your package.
2. How long does it take to process and deliver orders?
Order Cut off
Our order cut off is 5:00 PM (EST).
Orders received on business days before 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the same day.
Orders received after 5:00 PM (EST), on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time
1–3 business days
(Monday to Friday)
During this time, your order is prepared, packed and handed over to the shipping carrier.

3. What is the return policy ?
Important Information
- Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery
- Refund processing time: Up to 7 business days after inspection
- Restocking fees: None
- Return cost: Customer pays return postage (except for defective or incorrect items)

5. How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
6. What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or return, depending on your preference.
